Biggest no brainer ever. It should automatically pass when nobody votes against it in either house of Congress. It should be rubber stamped into law- Congress do your job and pass it

I think in general this is widely unreported which allows the misinformation on crime to continue. Regular mainstream media needs to start reporting this. There’s of course room for progress but getting this more widely reported needs to happen.

They didn't show that on TV that I saw - though maybe I stepped away for a moment. Seemed odd to swear in new recruits in the middle of an NFL game. Felt somewhat dystopian in a Starship Troopers sort of way though.

Also the distinct lack of qualifications for the job at hand. But that seems to be of little consequence, and sadly the history of the position has many head scratching appointments.
