I suspect it’d have to be the vast majority of countries that would say no, otherwise FIFA in its fabulously corrupt way would just sanction the piss out of them.

They’re not incompetent, they’re complicit, by and large. There are a few who may actually have a spine, but that’s VERY few.

You could do the book layout in Publisher! I’ve got the previous version of this and found it’s pretty intuitive, I’m just too steeped in Adobe after designing for 11 years, but getting there 👍

Affinity was purchased by Canva a couple years back and introduced the full suite for free, if people are looking to get off of Adobe products. There’s a bit of a learning curve? But it’s definitely a useable alternative.
