What struck me about Michael Hesletine here was the tone & emotion; unmistakable aged genuine sadness of a politician who knows very well the game & how in his opinion the public are being played in pursuit of destructive greed and hatred.

Maybe because they might fail to win back some supporters of Reform who aren’t facist by calling them so; the immediate analysis after Trumps reelection really stressed how perceived labelling of ordinary frightened people can misfire so very badly.

Except you can look, learn & think about posts here without demand for my opinion. You still count if you listen more than speak. But to join in; I’m currently pondering which leaves me colder; social media or being invited to a dinner party.
It’s all cyclical; age of the rabid.

This 5 months ago; now we know; Nottinghamshire Leicestershire & Glamorgan plus some of the v best one day knock out matches & finals. We have something very good; I think an opportunity to further grow with imagination & flair has been lost but it’s still there to enjoy together. Roll on April.
