Just watched the last three episodes of The War Between the Land and the Sea. Dare I say the non Russell T Davies episodes appeared to have more of an edge. Bit of meh ending apart from the final bit with Lethbridge Stuart and the gun.

All the tv channels seem to have given up this year, so many repeats, Christmas versions of game shows. We no longer have the tv stars who can carry off a great Christmas special. I’m thinking of Morecambe & Wise, The Two Ronnies, Stanley Baxter, all gone and no one to replace them.
