Walz: "It's so obscene that he would put a mock classroom -- we all know he's never been in one. He wouldn't last for a minute. He's surrounded by people who know nothing about education. They want to make this about bureaucracy and cutting. This is about children."

Starting to wonder - with all the cuts that the current administration is making - what are my taxes actually even being used for? Apparently not civil protections - not infrastructure, not helping others, not science, not health.... military only? Subsidies for corporations? For what?

Notice that whenever there is something that Trump doesn’t want you to notice, he releases something outrageous to troll you. Don’t look at the Medicaid cuts - look at King Trump and his Gaza Paradise. It is an obvious play. Don’t fall for it - look at what he doesn’t want you to see….

As a hospitalist, still haven't recovered from fighting with patients and families over Ivermectin. And now I have to explain "miasma" - and how opening the windows won't get rid of the "bad air"? This "anti-science" slant has got to end. Feel like I am practicing in the 1900s....

For fans of Coco Mellors, "Cleopatra and Frankenstein" and "Blue Sisters": I sat down with the author to chat about her latest release and how she used color and sound (and boxing gloves!) to mold the minds of four distinct sisters.

Here's a recent @usatoday.com piece I'm proud of:

#BookSky 💙📚
Music, color theory and boxing: Coco Mellors on writing four distinct ‘Blue Sisters’
Coco Mellors' "Blue Sisters" follows three sisters through grief and addiction. She tells us how she created each sister and hints at her next book.
