I think I’ll post more here about my attempts to resurrect my technical skills. This week I made and submitted my first app to the Apple AppStore - a Bad Santa letter generator that leverages an AI assistant I set up in OpenAI’s developer playground.

At #TLTFSummit in Miami this week. Would love to get to know other legal tech founders, investors, enthusiasts - I’ll likely have my laptop out coding/proto-typing while enjoying the weather outside today before things kick off tomorrow.

Who else did a little #legaltech programming before hitting the turkey? Me, I coded a really quick cite checker that can be used to validate citations generated by an LLM. There is no excuse other than sheer laziness for submitting LLM output with bad cites - making the app took 15 minutes.

Today's mood

For those in the legal tech world - who else is fine-tuning a model based upon their personal experience? I've been at this 25+ years and trained a lot of people to do technology transactions/product counseling - I'm attempting the same with some LLMs. Reach out to compare notes.
