I do think it’s different when it’s HS commits rather than transfer. They’re still open (“fair game” for lack of better term) for everyone until signing.

Once portal opens I’m sure CSU will get guys from UConn current roster but it is just the nature. Staff did excellent keeping/building this one

I like most everyone on current staff personally and think there are some good coaches there, but also fully expect most will be gone. Just the nature of the business

I do think he'll bring some staff with him. Who/how many will probably depend on if the interim there gets the full-time gig. Doubt much from current CSU staff will remain. Too soon to say right now though, he said they'll be deliberate in staff building
