I agree that snacks were the most difficult things to track, as they were often forgotten or treated as a second thought. I did not track my water intake; however, I was surprised by how much non-water beverages I drank, like diet-soda, tea, or juice. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

This is very important, as some people who follow fad diets, may choose to restrict or cut out carbohydrate intake beause they believe it will help them. While some won't have negative effects, it does not downplay the role of carbohydrates creating energy for our bodies. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I agree with you that study size is extremely important for intrepretation of data. In a small sample size, it makes it harder to generalize data for the overall population. Demographics are also important, as some groups may be more predisposed to certain conditions. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
