OK, fiction writer friends (and anyone else who wants to respond who has had a middle schooler, or was once one). I'm brainstorming the next 4 books in the middle school series. Think 7th grade. What are some good issues that 7th graders have that my cast of characters can try to tackle?

We thought it was pretty cool. They did lots of holiday stuff too, but the jellyfish, however random, was one of my faves.
