We have two amazing interns start today on the @flutter.dev web team.
Their project: make it easy to configure and coordinate `flutter run -d chrome (and/or web-server)` with a local/dev backend server.

If you haven't heard of pub.dev/packages/pea... – it makes it easy to build/deploy a Flutter (or Dart) sample app to GitHub pages. I just added an example of populating the generated content with runtime and commit information that I'm sure others will find useful - github.com/kevmoo/peanu...

To be clear, pub.dev/packages/che... has been holding strong with 2+ million downloads a day being used by some of the most important packages in the ecosystem, with no (big) issues (that I know of).
