Yes & no. The left is good at fragmentation & although a majority in view point it's unable to coalesce. It's good at saying I don't like this bit so I'm not voting for them etc. The right is generally less fussy. Starmer only got in because of a protest vote against Tory austerity & sleaze.

Never before has such damage been inflicted on a country by so few. Once just a bunch of back room wingers but they stirred up such bigotry & hatred they made a whole country shoot itself in the foot. The only consolation is that they destroyed their own political party in the process.

But it seems each person is now their own god. They are the source of all wisdom & knowledge & have no need of 'experts' or facts, that contradict their map of the world. Such an event will be ignored ..... & civilisation will perish by it's own foolish hand.
