For the last few years, I’ve suffered from anxiety and a little bit of depression so I started therapy. Today was hard because all I did was cry. I still feel like crying right now, but I’m holding back. I don’t feel like myself and that is why I went into therapy. Take care of yourself.

I have the greatest lawyer my wrist got hurt at work and it is painful and it’s causing me to be in a fog that I can’t get out of because of the pain. I’ve been dealing with this since March and Workmen’s Comp. isn’t doing anything for me so I’m gonna go and take care of it myself with my private DR
