Didn’t New York have a law like this that was overturned by the courts. Was it called Stop and Search? I think it was overturned because it became a tool for racial profiling.

Thank you for this information. I’m really concerned about staying current on my vaccinations. Last year the VA had a drive thru vaccinations for flu and COVID.
