Sorta! The one in the Kill Team set lore is a she, but geomancer is just a job title, so it could be either in your 40k army. Hell, any of your necrons could be she or he.

It didn't shadow drop, they announced it back in May 22nd on the Skulls showcase

I'd take anything Discourse Minis has to say with a gigantic mountain of salt. They've made their entire career over half a decade purely on clickbait negative GW slander.

Could use them for a chaos version of an imperial kill team, like the sanctifiers or inquisition team

What mod do you use? I always have trouble finding warhammer stuff on the workshop since it gets taken down so quick

It's about when you get a character at diamond/platinum. You'll see the grind near the end of gold 3 mostly.

It's definitely fun untill you hit the grinding wall. There's a specific point where 99% of your effort goes into getting the XP books and it's a pain.

Do I have to read through Krieg to start on Siege of Vraks?
April 5, 2025 at 2:02 AM
I've been meaning to get around to reading them, my trilogy is collecting dust unfortunately. Recently just finished the two Twice-Dead King books though

If you got more question or are curious about what games to play/where to start on the tabletop, just toss me a DM!

Good place to start is Bricky's timeline of Warhammer and faction rundown on youtube! It's a bit meme-y and has a few inaccuracies but it's easy to consume for a first entry.

I always think back to this.

Infinity is my go-to for skirmish, extremely fun. Usually I lead the sales pitch to other people by telling them it's 80$ and all the rules and army builder are free. That usually gets them hooked before digging in.

It's especially bad because some of your pulls are just 'shards' of characters, and full char pulls are very rare. It's a fun game but the gacha system is god-awful. Would rather jump back to Arknights if it wasn't Warhammer.

It's Tacticus, isn't it?
March 18, 2025 at 12:30 AM
Imagine adapting to your army's changes, what a crazy concept.

I have a friend who keeps acting like Dire Avengers going up 5 points is "The death of the unit"
March 12, 2025 at 6:39 PM
Stormsword's always been my favorite variant. Back in 7th edition it had the largest blast template, crazy high damage, and ignored cover. Its only downside was its relatively short range compared to the other baneblade variants.

Nah, Forgeworld Resin is different. Finecast is softer, spongier, with a ton of gates. Very prone to miscasts, hence its infamy.
February 26, 2025 at 7:25 PM
Forgeworld Resin isn't finecast though

There's a lot to the Warhammer universe, might be worth watching Bricky's videos about the factions, maybe check some of the other games based on Warhammer like Darktide or Rogue Trader
February 19, 2025 at 12:56 AM
I'm guessing Gladius? That one's a very fun one, but it does take some time to learn the basics, especially since each faction has their own city-building mechanics
February 8, 2025 at 6:04 AM
Most warhammer shipments in North America gets shipped upwards from their Memphis warehouse though
February 2, 2025 at 9:04 AM
I play vraksian renegades myself, you'll have to tell me how they're represented in the story!
