Oh Quinn, im so sorry for your loss. I lost a family member this year too and sympathize with u. Its hard to process at times and some days are lighter than others but everyday loses a bit of brightness after a loss like that. My heart goes out to you and your family. A moss covered stump glows in the sunbeams that dance their way though the forest canopy. The remnants of a once radiant tree now takes the role of nourisher of the forest. Breeding new life into its surrounding family and friends. A noble and necessary task to continue the circle of life in the temperate rainforest of Vancouver Island.
