今年は八月七日が立秋。
今朝、ウォーキングの時に見掛けた野菊の花は、朝露をびっしり帯びていて、秋の気配を強く感じた。

This year, the beginning of autumn fell on August 7th.
This morning, while out walking, I came across wild chrysanthemums covered in morning dew, giving me a strong sense of autumn.

白人のキリスト教徒の、非キリスト教徒の有色人種に対する侵略と植民地支配に抗つて、非キリスト教徒の有色人種によつて闘はれた人類史上最初の植民地解放戦争だつたと謂ふ此の戦争の意義が忘れ去られて久しい。
戦争の悲惨さを語る事にも其れを平和と結び付けて語る厭戦思想にも意味は無い。
半千年紀に亘る白人のキリスト教徒による植民地支配はこれにより終焉した。
白人のキリスト教徒は依然人類世界の支配者であり後半千年紀其の支配は続くだらう。
其れは嘗ての植民地支配のやうに過酷で非人道的なものでは有り得ない。
これが三百万英霊を代償として得られた新たな世界。
キリスト教徒が日本人口の1%未満な訳も好く分かる話だ。

There is a small kudzu bush on the bank of a nearby river, and the photo of the kudzu flower I uploaded to was taken there. The grass is mowed once a year. No one thinks of spraying herbicides. To me, kudzu is a roadside wildflower that blooms beautifully and has a pleasant fragrance. Thank you.

Kudzu is a common, harmless plant but I have heard that it has been unpopular especially in northern Nativia because of its vigorous reproduction.
The idea of using kudzu leaves as a food ingredient was something we had never thought of.
I learned for the first time that kudzu leaves taste good!

I'm surprised that kudzu itself is used as an ingredient.
In Japan, it is usually used in the form of kudzu powder.
I like kudzu mochi but the main ingredient is actually potato starch.
This is because real kudzu powder is rare and expensive. Thank you.

Thank you for your information. I have read the book you introduced, and I think it is a comprehensive book on kudzu that goes into great detail and explains the topic in great detail. Thank you for me to a wonderful book.
