I love my family. Chicago sports fan (Go Cubs Go!) 1st grade teacher. There is nothing better than reading a good book on a cold or rainy day.
My students were mesmerized today with The Yellow Bus by Loren Long. Students of all ages can take something away from the story and artwork. Truly an amazing book.

Today, we started reading Sydney and Taylor Take a Flying Leap by Jacqueline Davies. This is a great transitional fiction series for readers who are ready for chapter books.
