Zumindest für die erste Frage ergibt sich für mich nicht direkt eine Legitimationskrise. Dass etwa China deutlich effizienter Wind- und Solarparks errichten kann, ist ja mittlerweile eine Binsenweisheit. Daraus aber eine Legitimationskrise zu lesen, fände ich übereilt.
