These days I'm struggling between caring for my sick mother and providing for my young children trying to be a support for them despite life's hardships

I walked more than 10 km from Khan Younis to Rafah in search of food, and I'm no longer carrying anything. I'm so hungry, and my feet hurt so badly I can't stand. All I want is something to feed my children and my elderly mother.
