I'm not fluent in this space, just saying that creative political strategies and tactics, such as impeachment, inherent contempt, govt shutdowns, selective defunding, legislative hostage taking a la GOP, etc are preferable to filing a lawsuit and walking away.

Careful, solutions that go back to the courts will just get bottled up for more years, which is the administration's objective. The judicial system has already failed here, for decades, it's time for the political system to act more directly to preserve justice.

Every redaction must have an explanation including a detailed legal justification (i.e. subject under active investigation, which does not include Trump at this moment).

Congress should force them to cancel all quotas, at all levels. Numeric quotas are antithetical to any legitimate enforcement policy, and seem to be driving behavior of low level ice staff.

She's said she'll keep giving "until the safe is empty". And she's doing it in pathbreaking ways, like emphasizing unrestricted gifts. But I suspect she's learning a "hard" lesson in trying to fight the tide of increasing stock values.
