Tomorrow he will submit my letter amongst others & maybe it’ll be the first step for him to come see his son, watch him play sports, and finally be the dad he is finally wanting to be. Time will tell how it will play out, but I won’t be an obstacle in their relationship, unless my son needs me to.

My son’s dad lost his DL for failure to pay child support. Given we live multiple states away, when he decided to actually try to build a relationship with my son visits are difficult. So I agreed, and sent, a letter stating why his DL should be reinstated. A relationship with his son is important.
