4) We agreed to niche down our positioning. Instead of targeting digital marketers (a much larger market), we are focusing on SEO professionals, which is a smaller and clearer niche. That’s why we started by integrating GA4 and Google Search Console.

3) The drag-and-drop canvas is now ready, although it still needs some polishing. This canvas will allow SEO professionals to build dashboards for their clients.

3) Realizing that social media is now a must-have channel. I plan to distribute content across all my platforms. I’ve signed up for Bluesky and Threads (previously, I only used LinkedIn and X), and I’m planning to reactivate Facebook.

1) Targeting global users instead of local ones. I live in Indonesia, where buying power is lower compared to the US or EU. So target US or EU is more make sense.

2) Doing keyword research before building anything, to validate demand early.
