Eventually there will be free oss models that are better o3 that will fit on our smart watches. It's inescapable. But it remains true that the initial tokens were created from our data, without our consent, without payment, and are used to replace many of us. That is why people are unhappy with llms

We made the training materials that AI companies used to build their models. Plus, these models are behind pay walls. So telling writers and artists to pay for a tech they helped build without their consent which is simultaneously replacing them is going to be unpopular. The contract stinks.
