The Galaxy S25 Ultra re-affirms a hard truth for geeks like me: Samsung is done differentiating based on design. It's rounder & lighter (thanks in part to a less-capable S Pen) and it has the requisite top-shelf Snapdragon. Otherwise, it relies on (sigh) AI to stand out. Thoughts below; video soon.
