Not perfect, very good, def worth making your primary cafe if local.

Also me: "OMG this is amazing!" said very loudly, startling everyone in the shop.

Mandarin Coffee Stand in Pasadena, CA, consistently makes cortados that are not bitter or sour, perfectly balanced, with full coffee and deep chocolate flavors. Worth a trip.

Found the fifth perfect cortado at Tim Wendelboe, Oslo. Did not toss.

The barista is the same who served us 5 years + 5 months ago. We had a lovely chat before other patrons arrived. 🥰
