A nonprofit’s service providers are critical to mission fulfillment. These souls can be likened to the ‘hands’ of the organization, who are handling the day-to-day tasks and staying in contact with the communities being served. They can also be likened to the glue holding the organization together.
The opportunity enshrined by this outlook is seeing collaborations aimed at forward movement as asset multipliers with the potential to seed tremendous growth, however it is internally defined.
