Honest to god, the legal orgs and attorneys need to sue one of the hospitals in one of these blue states with civil rights protections for not providing trans care to trans youth.

The lawyers at these hospitals only understand legal threats.

They are complying with Trump because they're scared.

I don’t know who needs to hear this today, but going to the gym to train is not resistance. Karate is not resistance.

Organize in your community. Take care of people. Do the hard work of making sure people have what they need to survive. Do it through organizations that are already there.

I know we know online petitions have dubious at best results, but it would be greatly appreciated if any of our Canadian cousins could sign this one on behalf of your trans American friends.

Momentum Canada has a petition calling on the GoC to recognize that the US is no longer a "safe third country", to update travel guidance to the US and create a clear and accessible pathway for trans refugees. Please join me in signing.

Earnest post, but: a thing I like here is it’s okay to have moments of happiness in public without being broadly scolded, and I believe that sustaining this kind of humanity will be very important as we resist fascism.

We have to sustain each other. Making joy isn’t denial, it’s how we will survive

These emails, sent across agencies, compel all federal employees to snitch on any colleague whose work might have some vague DEIA inflection. Those who refuse to snitch will be disciplined.

Seems designed to put all workers who aren’t white men under a cloud of suspicion. Truly vile stuff.
The acting director of the Office of Personnel Management (the feds' H.R. department) is telling federal employees to rat out their DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility) colleagues by emailing "[email protected]."

The plan was always to flood the zone with shit.

Not everyone can respond to every outrage. That's on purpose. But no need to get mad at someone for focusing on stuff *you* don't think is important. Let everyone focus on what they want to focus on.
