<p>This ongoing blockade threatens an unprecedented humanitarian disaster and the slow death of tens of thousands of children, the office said. </p>

As of January 2025, Israel had dropped around 100,000 tonnes of explosives on Gaza and destroyed 88 percent of its infrastructure.
