This is Alchemist's Razzo Bird, a jungle bird riff using gin, pineapple, lime, and a baking spice and arugula amaro from Chicago called Cinpatrazzo.

This thing really threads the needle between tiki drink and fall/holiday cocktail. Definitely making some of these at Thanksgiving.
