I’m sometimes asked about the decals I use on my #BattleTech minis. Of course FightingPirannahGraphics for faction insignia, and occasionally some GamesWorkshop or scale model (plane) ones. I also use a lot of decal sheets you can buy to detail mechs/GunPla. Here are some of my recommendations:
Two sets of Vertex sheets I buy at YodobashiCamera. Cheap and have dozens of decals on with both unreadable text and things like ‘Caution’, ‘Hot Surface’, ‘Beware of blast’ and the like. Absolutely excellent sets. Some examples on minis.

…one of the gunships had only an enhanced turret (with 2D10 guns!) but lost the turret and took an engine hit in one turn! It trundled about at Speed 1 for a couple of turns but managed to get off the board, tanking a few hits on its six.

Some pics from today’s #voidfighter game. 2 vs 2, all had played last week. This time I let them choose their upgrades so they could customise their ships…though one got hit in their Systems and lost all their upgrades in the second turn!😆
They’re learning well though and getting craftier….

I really enjoyed making this army. The conversions & the painting were the most characterful I’ve ever done. For a long time I told myself to keep it, I’d play with it sometime, but I know that I won’t. It’s taking up space and I know that I am not going to go back to 40k or GW.
