Emmet county Michigan. No heat, power, a couple gas stations are available. Incredibly humbling experience. Grand Traverse Bay Bands Family and a few other people from LTBB are absolutely amazing. Chi Miigwech. At least we got each other.

I hope the rest of the world understands that not all people in the US agree with the current US president and administration. They are chaotic, toxic, and immensely disrespectful.

Aanii, I am an Indigenous artist from Michigan. My ancestry is from Odawa, Ojibwe, and Potawatomi people (Three Fires). I am a 3rd generation birch bark artisan. My main materials are ethically sourced and not hunted, consisting of: white birch, porcupine quills, sweetgrass, and artificial sinew.
