I really like this eggy dutchbaby recipe but its originally a bon ape tit so here is my rip off :3 🥚 its like a crustless egg tart
Dutch baby recipe: 5 eggs, half cup maple syrup, one and a fourth cups flour, two teaspoons salt, one and a third cup milk (i like dairy for this), two teaspoons vanilla, 3 tablespoons butter. Preheat oven to 425 with your cast iron inside. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Remove pan from oven after 10 mins, add butter until melted. Pour dutchbaby batter into buttered pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove, wait for it to fall before cutting. Serve with maple, powdered sugar, preserves, whipped cream, anything that makes you happy (smiley face) Huge quarter slice of dutch baby with powdered sugar on a green plate
