i feel really isolated these days... i used to have little online social circles but people have mostly dispersed elsewhere so theres no concentrated group anywhere... i stopped playing hockey due to Concussion... a lot of this is bc its winter but :(

throwback to when my friend called the pain in my hand/thumb/wrist, which has occurred since 2017, "chronic pain," & i was like uh no its not lol its my own fault from overusing it/giving myself an RSI? and he was like um that doesnt make it not chronic pain tho??

ive dealt w insomnia all summer and its really getting to me today. like being awake and unable to sleep is nice at first for reading productivity (for me), but then it gets Terrible and the Horrors set in. so.

im only one book behind schedule 2 reach my Reading Goal this year hehe (i upped it from 50 -> 60 and am playing catchup... throwback to 2018 when i somehow read 100 books lol)
