It was the first case taught (since we were a computer engineering/electrical engineering heavy class), so that tied real nice into learning about Race Conditions w/ JK Flip Flips in my other 1000 level class.
We then did, Bhopal, Challenger, Hyatt Walkway Collapse, and the Pinto.

If every software developer / IT focused job had to read and understand how events like the therac-25 race condition or the bhopal gas disaster, etc.
I feel like they'd be a lot less likely to commit the ethical disasters they do now.
