I truly believe part of the reason this is happening in LA right now is because they want to scare us into not protesting for no Kings day. DT is actually worried he’s gonna lose the news cycle so he wants to make sure everyone is too scared.

💥 UPDATE: Netflix shareholders voted to reject an anti-DEI proposal by 100-0 percent (rounding to whole numbers). Less than a half-percent of shareholders voted for the proposal asking for a report on "affirmative action risks." Thanks to @droste.bsky.social, the best source for shareholder tallies.
💥 Netflix Board of Directors recommended shareholders vote to reject an anti-DEI proposal presented at its annual meeting today. In its proxy statement, Netflix Board called the proposal "unnecessary," saying "it would not be in the best interests of Netflix or our stockholders." Voting results TBA.
