15 years ago the Supreme Court opened the floodgates of unlimited money in our elections and got us to where we are today: an oligarchy where billionaires can buy access, influence, and favorable policy decisions.
It goes without saying, the Citizens United decision put a for sale sign on our government and a price tag on our democracy.
