States need to own & run all their utilities, ports, and build at least small rail lines between adjacent towns, inside cities, and leading to future hubs of highspeed interstate rail. Projects need to be scheduled within the year, not 5 years away.

The money goes into a fund that maintains the buildings properly, & takes care of the grounds. The states could also set up something like this. Remaining income goes into other projects.

There need to be government run apartment buildings in every city & major town, enough to house at least most of the blue collars. They need to charge very little as they aren’t making a rich person richer. Rent: $50mo studio & 1 bedroom, $100 two bedroom, $150 three bed, $200 four bed.

And all those labor rules become the standard in the USA. To help small businesses hit that standard, lower their income & business taxes to 8%, and 2% for mom& pop & micro businesses. Labor that isn’t middle class pays no income taxes.

It would hire lots of people at livable wages and offer pensions & month long paid vacations, paid leave, full time 8 hour work with at least 2 days off, holiday bonuses for winter holiday season & 1 paid week off scheduled for one of these months November thru January.

Buy the national rail services and run them properly. Start a service business to compete with every monopoly including drug manufacture & bypassing patents for US drug sales only. And create Medicare for All. The Fed Government would pull in a lot of money through all of the service businesses.
