A few thoughts for you gooners who need to keep motivated
Motivation A lot of gooners who are working to become uncummed and stay uncummed have issues with keeping up the motivation behind not cumming. Adopting the right attitude makes a big difference for going longer and deeper uncummed. It's a lifestyle Going uncummed for a long period isn't just about having better and more intense bates. From sleeping less, to being distracted more, to constantly feeling the need to get a hit of porn, you're gonna know you're uncummed, all the time. As an uncummed bator you need to be in acceptance of that. Trying to compartmentalize your sexual energy into just when you're home alone to bate is not gonna happen. Make the most of that. Fetishize the intrusions into your daily life. Be proud of yourself for getting through your day on 4 hours of sleep because you couldn't resist going another few hours the night before. Love the fact that you always hold your phone to your chest because if anyone peeked at it, they'd see the filthiest porn imaginable. You don't want to cum So many guys start their uncummed journey as an extension of simple edging. If edging a few hours before orgasm is great, why not a few days? But being uncummed is different. It's not about making an orgasm at the end better. It's about realizing the process is the pleasure. The point of being uncummed is that YOU DO NOT CUM. If you have orgasm as your goal, you're going to consistently fail to achieve an uncummed state, because there will always be a nagging thought of "fuck it, I'll just cum." It's not chastity Chastity is different from being uncummed in that chastity is an imposition of not cumming from the outside. You're not cumming because it's your choice. Because it makes you feel more sexual. More alive. More your authentic self. Because it's not chastity, you need to find the motivation from within. It requires a commitment to yourself and your penis to seek true extended pleasure and not just take the quick hit and crash of an orgasm. Don't obsess over the clock A lot of beginners at being uncummed will get really focused on date or time goals. Stuff like "If I can just do a week cumless I'll have the most amazing orgasm." This is doomed to failure because it sets orgasm as the goal, and the edging as a means to it. But if orgasm is the goal, the temptation to give up and cum will always win out in the end, because that was your plan, wasn't it? Going uncummed for the long term means not having an end date. Yeah, you'll have fuck ups, but it's always that. A fuck up. If you allow yourself to have a future plan of cumming, you'll always just be edging for that cum, not edging for its own sake.
