3 hours into @minnmax.com building the two tens so I don’t know if it comes up before the end, but I’m really curious how/why Assassin’s Creed Shadows wasn’t even mentioned on a list of over 100 games that came out this year. I think that game is just fine, but it was a pretty huge entry this year.

Resident Evil: Requiem is getting a hard push on Switch 2. As a Switch 2 owner who has been impressed with improved performance on BotW and a few others, and a huge RE fan as well, it had better be perfect.

Star Wars: Outlaws demo is live on eShop and that’s fantastic. Downloading now. @nintendousa.bsky.social needs to be releasing demo versions at a rapid rate of recent gen games that they’re confident in their performance to convince people that Switch 2 can hang. Keep em coming.

Everybody is talking about the ROG Xbox Ally X and comparing it to Steam Deck. I don’t know where the issue is, maybe marketing, but the Lenovo Legion Go S with SteamOS is pretty frikin awesome. But nobody is talking about it.

New episode of Spot On from @gamespot.com where they listed a bunch of independent games media making a comeback, @giantbomb.bsky.social was not mentioned.
