I believe you are confusing State with government. According to Marx, the State is an apparatus for class oppression and should eventually be abolished.

The state having monopoly on violence is the definition of a state for every ideology. It’s not a communist thing. Maybe study a bit more? That’s why communists want to eventually end the state, we want to end this cycle.

Hi from Brazil, the APL is the newest party to our international organization. We’ve been active since 1994 and our party in Brazil has been a legal party for a little over 4 years and we are the fastest growing party in the country.
