I’ve been talking to my friend about songs and how kids break into song unprompted just because it feels good. I think now is a good time to share small acts of art in our everyday lives. I pick lullabies. I’ll sing those out and about. It’ll calm my central nervous system. Maybe yours too.

Denali, the highest peak in North America. Named Denali from the Koyukon language, spoken north of the mountain meaning the high one. Previously the mountain was called Mt McKinley after a gold miner named it for a president in a news article. It took 100 years to return it to its native name.

I’m in the phase of life where I’m a shuttle for my kids and have to spend hours waiting in spaces not designed for waiting. It’s boring and beautiful.

I’m making 2025 more analog, more art, more making, more playing with my kids, and less trying to compete with digital noise. Here’s a preview of some new stuff I’ll announce in March.
