I did a team building thing with my office a while back at a rink that was set up to do curling. It was fun! Even the sweeping was kinda fun because you're trying to predict if it needs more distance or not. I was surprised that curling was something that existed in the middle of the US.

Based on the demo, you're gonna want it elsewhere if that's possible. It's fairly low res and 30fps on Switch and Switch 2 unless there's been an update.

The thing that got me to play all of DQXI was someone recommending to just play it like you're watching an episode of a show. It's designed to be played in little bite sized portions where you enter a town, find out what's going on, then involve yourself in helping the town.
