Wash potatoes, coat in oil and seasonings of choice. Air fry 50 min 400F. Flip halfway thru. Carve out an oval on top of the potatoes and scoop out the inside, putting in a bowl. Mash the innards with butter, sour cream, and seasonings of choice. Scoop back into potato skins. Top with leftover chili
