It's like if one of the arkham games had everyone be controlled by mad hatter, but that wasn't a plot point, nor did anyone find out, nor did he appear, nor did it affect the plot. You only found out because characters were waring hsi mind control hats ut the narrative did NOTHING with that.

It means the main villain never had any agency and was just a pawn for a character who never appears, or is alluded to beyond a symbol that only means anything to someone who was into comics deep cuts.

All the symbiotes in the game have a symbol in them, which according to the comics is the symbol of knull, the god of the symbiotes from venom 3. Meaning he is the real mastermind behind all the venom shenanigans in SM2 and not any of the characters who actually appear in the story.

It isn't even a good version of venom. There's no past mistakes coming back to haunt peter....its just the 5th 'omg my freind turned evil' in 3 games, and easily the worst since the plot relies on peter being very stupid.

I actually think the talons work. Like a thematic counterpoint to the traditional devil hooves. You could fancy them up a bit to make them look less animal and more god, i guess.
Or maybe all those years romancing tali in mass effect has given me a fetish for gals with knees that bend the worn way.

There are multiple puzzles that can be solved the normal adventure game way where you figured out the unintuitive solution....or by using one of your items or spells to skip it entirely.
Think Indy vs the swordsman.

I have some ASD related sensory issues that restrict my diet.
