That sucks. I’m sorry that’s happening you could try getting it though there website. Other option is you can buy one elsewhere and hope for the best.

Unfortunately that is true. As someone who use to work at a Best Buy they don’t have test benches normally. Meaning they have no way to test a CPU with out you providing a motherboard. If you buy it at the Best Buy you can return it if the CPU is also gone though.
