When somebody wrote that trump had called him a very offensive word beginning with 'R', I thought they meant 'Republican'

Like many RW opinion writers - at least, the ones who actually live in the UK.

He's not the leader, not even the opposition leader, and yet his trumplike comments and behaviour mean the media seems equally fascinated to report on his racist and fascistic opinions.

And worst part is - he's leading in the polls 🤬

I also don't understand the obsession that music stations have with giving us 'news' every hour (or less). Plenty of news outlets - we tune into music stations to hear music. In some cases to escape from the skip fire that is the world right now.

Especially when they spread their wings to dry and look even more like dinosaurs!

It's telling that for many, the first response is to refer to 'benefit scroungers', and not consider that helping children out of poverty is a good thing - morally and economically.
