Went to hard on leg day did ya? If you’re not taking creatine daily I highly recommend it (Izzy would to). And then i find some BCAAs on the really tough work out days help with some muscle soreness ( there’s mixed research on if they actually help or not but for me they do)

It’s just hard to scale it up cause I’m the only one making things and most items aren’t a quick 5 minute make. But I can dream. I’m so glad you like your pop it! It’s such a fun pattern I couldn’t believe I sold 16 of them
