Spent half the afternoon cleaning out and re-organizing my kitchen cupboards. Got rid of two huge bags of pots/pans/dishes/etc. that we haven't used in years. I hate clutter, and there's no need to keep stuff that is literally just sitting there. Much better! 🙂

Yet another place is booked through December. Another place told me I need to contact my insurance company to see what they cover then get back to them. I'm literally so upset right now.
Having such a hard time finding a dentist. The place I had an appt. with canceled and said they needed to reschedule. A ton of reviews said their notorious for this. Another place doesn't take my insurance. Another place does, but can't get me in until October. I'm in so much pain. 😭

At a baseball game and randomly started crying, because it reminded me of my dad and all of the games we'd been to over the years. First game we've been to since he passed, and the feelings are hitting hard. I miss him so much. 😭

Just said goodbye to an amazing co-worker and friend because of Trump's fucking deportation bs. He is the absolute kindest, sweetest person I've ever met, and I will miss him dearly. 😭

I have a co-worker who insists on giving me random snacks everyday (peanut butter crackers, candy, gummies). I've politely declined, but am told I'm hurting her feelings when I do so. So I reluctantly accept, and it promptly goes in the trash. At some point, learn to take "no" for an answer. 🤷♀️

Got a completely unexpected package in the mail today from my aunt - a beautiful handmade afghan (purple 💜) and a card with a short note, explaining the reason why. Not gonna lie, it made me tear up a little. Definitely a good surprise. ❤️
