i'm still on this path, but the intensity of the anxiety is lessening, the duration is shortening and my inner voice of peace, self-love and acceptance is much stronger than it was ❤️

a lot has changed in my attitude to fear, however. i'm no longer set on banishing fear and anxiety from my life, rather i'm looking for the source of it so that i can process those traumas, heal the scared child within.

also on the topic of health, here's some info on my own journey:

i've been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks for a couple years, much more intensely for half a year now. this means i've hardly traveled or visited places away from home in a long time, leading to the loss of my other job :c

absolutely! i'll think about incorporating experiences with pain in and around sex, i think it would make sense to address in longer form content like comics :)
