I have the Misty Bloom Cave pass for tilling 100 patches of farmland in Mt. Gigant and beating that cave's boss (I had 4 health remaining and used all potions). Misty Bloom Cave is only available in Winter, so I guess I'll spend Fall leveling crops and buying more house upgrades.

I made most of my riches selling ores mined on Clemens Cave and Mt. Gigant while leveling crops. I bought the house extension from Neumann on Year 1, Summer 27.

And here is the player house with renovations in-progress. This extension cost 200,000 money and 2,000 wood and will take ten in-game days to finish.
